Algebra Tutoring in Prosper, TX

Total College Prep recommends that students begin taking SAT/ACT prep courses as early as 10th grade, though students may certainly join during their senior year.

Once your student has completed Algebra 2, they are usually fully equipped to undertake SAT/ACT prep. However, a student with strong math skills and an ability to learn new mathematical concepts quickly is more likely to be an exception to this guideline. If you are unsure whether your child should start our Total College Prep SAT/ACT series without having completed Algebra 2, please contact us directly. We can schedule a meeting with you and your student to explore their mathematics readiness.

We want our registered students to gain as much benefit as possible from their hours spent studying with us—and we know you do, too! For this reason, we do not recommend students sign up for our courses before they are academically and developmentally prepared for success.

We know that students who begin taking SAT/ACT prep classes too early can become anxious about testing, making it more difficult for them to achieve scores matching their true potential when they do sit for their exams. Our skilled tutors will offer you their feedback regarding your student’s readiness and progress when it is appropriate to do so. We share your dedication to ensuring your student’s education is outstanding, so we appreciate your confidence in our approach, advice, and assessments.

Reach out to us today to discuss your students specific needs and get on our test prep and/or our tutoring schedule!
